From the moment you step into Magic Kingdom, music and laughter fill the air as your senses are awakened by the sweet aroma coming from Main Street Confectionary and tears form in your eyes at the beautiful sight of Cinderella Castle as you round the corner. This is what I love most about the Walt Disney World Resort. However, there are so many things that really set the Walt Disney World Resort aside from any other theme park. Because each park is unique in its own way, I will highlight what I love most in each park.
As you enter Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you are transported to a culturally-rich environment from Africa, to Asia, and other lands throughout. I love the iconic Tree of Life, that frames the park, and makes you appreciate the beautiful world we live in. As you enter the breathtaking and biologically diverse land of Pandora- The World of Avatar, you will be in awe of the floating mountains, something you won’t find anywhere else. I love the shows and dining options at Disney’s Animal Kingdom as well, with offerings for the whole family.
Get ready to be transported into some of your favorite films, as you explore Disney’s Hollywood Studios park. I love the transition from the park, into Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge where you can explore the planet of Batuu, try some blue milk, and live your own Star Wars story. For the Toy Story lovers in your family, jump into Andy’s backyard for a day of fun! You may even see the Green Army Drum Corps marching through the land. Don’t forget to end your day with a few drops on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror!
A world of possibilities awaits at EPCOT. Soar over our natural world and see how the food we eat every day is produced at The Land and join Nemo, Dory and Crush in adventures at The Seas with Nemo and Friends! I love being able to get an adrenaline rush like no other when I enjoy the fastest ride at Walt Disney World on Test Track, then run to the newest experience at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind! But I also love being able to experience the cuisine and hospitality of the 11 pavilions of World Showcase. I always recommend visiting during one of the many festivals throughout the year – whether it’s art, garden or food, EPCOT has you covered.
I could go on all day about what I love most about the Walt Disney World Resort, but when it comes down to it, being able to enjoy the unique features of every park with my family right by my side, I couldn’t ask for anything better! The best part, is ending the day at one of the many beautiful resorts on property, and collapsing into the comfortable bed after a busy, fun day in the parks.
