The countdown has officially begun for Universal’s Epic Universe in Orlando, set to open its gates on May 22, 2025! This much-anticipated theme park promises to be a game-changer, offering five immersive lands that will transport guests to fantastical worlds filled with exhilarating attractions and unforgettable experiences. Here’s a sneak peek at what you can expect in each of the new lands:
Celestial Park
Step into a realm where the wonders of the cosmos come alive! Celestial Park features two attractions that explore the mysteries of space. Ride a shooting star across the cosmos on Stardust Racers, a dual-launch racing coaster or climb aboard Constellation Carousel and experience the constellations like never before!
Enjoy delicious seafood and steaks inside an aquarium at Atlantic or delight in Pan-Asian cuisine at The Blue Tiger Pan-Asian Restaurant.
Isle of Berk
Inspired by the beloved How to Train Your Dragon series, the Isle of Berk will be a haven for dragon enthusiasts. This vibrant land will include a spectacular roller coaster, Hiccup’s Wing Gliders, that lets riders soar alongside dragons. Other attractions include Dragon’s Racer Rally, where riders can practice their dragon-flying skills, and Fyre Drill, an interactive water battle boat experience. Kids can blow off steam at Viking Training Camp, an interactive play area. Families will also enjoy themed dining, The Untrainable Dragon show, and meet-and-greets that bring the charm of Berk to life.
Harry Potter fans rejoice! The Ministry of Magic will be an enchanting addition to the Wizarding World. Prepare to travel by Métro-Floo from Paris to the British Ministry of Magic where riders will board a lift and join Harry, Ron, and Hermione as they journey deep into the Ministry’s many departments on Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry. It’s a magical experience not to be missed!
Nintendo World
Get ready to jump in, power up, and play on in the vibrant worlds of Nintendo! With attractions inspired by Super Marioand Donkey Kong, guests will be able to step right into the game and participate in immersive challenges. This land will celebrate the iconic characters and games we all love – a dream come true for gamers and families alike!
Dark Universe
No one does horror like Universal, so it just makes sense that these classic monsters will have their own space to bring their stories to life! This land will feature thrilling attractions based on iconic characters like Dracula, Frankenstein, and Werewolf. Expect immersive storytelling and heart-pounding experiences that will take you into the depths of Universal’s legendary horror film history.
Ticket Sales and Planning Your Visit
Initial ticket sales for Universal’s Epic Universe will be limited to one-day multi-day tickets only and will not include Park-to-Park or standalone ticket options. Make sure to plan ahead, as these tickets will go quickly!
